Develop and oversee inspirational thinking resulting in successful campaigns for Smirnoff, World Vision and Johnnie Walker. Manage and mentor staff whilst keeping a strategical focus on campaign outcomes. Work closely with Account Service and Client to roll out existing and new business opportunities.

HEAD OF CREATIVE NEWS CORP 

I had the pleasure of working with Tom from 2012 to 2014. During this time he worked with me as a Senior Art Director (digital) in the National Customer Solutions Creative team. Tom was primarily responsible for driving ideation and execution across a broad range of digital media properties. He also managed a team of four creatives which included 2x designers, 1x front end developer and 1x creative producer. 

The work Tom produced was nothing short of spectacular. His ability to to craft (often rudimentary) briefs into multi-dimensional, immersive, cross-platform creative responses added tremendous value to the business. 

He has also led business critical projects including the establishment of a Mobile (HTML5) advertising production unit. Tom is a special talent who constantly delivers great work. I should also add he is a pleasure to work with. I am delighted to recommend Tom as senior creative and hope we can work together in the future.
